Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you love your piece.

If your item arrives with a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’re happy to arrange a return or refund where appropriate.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • Original packaging should be kept intact

  • Any complimentary gifts included with your order must also be returned

Because most pieces are made to order, customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed quality issue.


Shipping & Delivery

We offer:

  • Free shipping within New Zealand on orders over NZD 100

  • Free shipping to Australia on orders over NZD 200

All parcels are shipped via NZ Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand, and are outside of our control once dispatched.


Production Time

Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handmade in our Auckland studio.

Most orders require 2–3 weeks for production before shipping.
Custom pieces follow the same timeframe unless otherwise discussed.

If you’re working with a specific deadline, please email us with your order number — we’ll always try our best to help where possible.


Custom Orders

Selected products include customisation options directly on the product page.

If you have special requests — such as adjusting length, changing materials, or minor modifications — you’re welcome to email us to discuss.

  • Requests are subject to material availability

  • In many cases, no additional fee is required for simple adjustments

  • Custom modifications may require 3–4 weeks production time

We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our design scope.


Natural Materials

Our jewellery incorporates natural stones, pearls, and shells. Variations in tone, texture, and shape are part of their individuality and are not considered defects.

Each piece is unique — just as it should be.


Warranty

All pieces are covered by a One-Year Warranty against manufacturing faults under normal wear.

This does not cover damage caused by accidental breakage, improper care, or unauthorised alterations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel the order.
